I've been stuck in a rut lately due to creative block, and mood swings don't help either. I wanna create more country levels and songs for the mod but unsure of what other countries to do and song styles to try. I need some help here! Any suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.

Well, there ARE few I can suggest.
Japan, well, it's probably an idea right up your alleyway, especially since a popular headcanon is that BF is the brother of Hatsune Miku and, well, she's from there.
Seeing that you're doing Middle Eastern, maybe Israel? Maybe you can introduce a few religious tropes considering Israel is mentioned in Christianity?
I have a few more, but other than that, I'm stumped.
..and regarding song types, I don't know if you tried Rock or EDM, but, well, again, after all that, I'm stumped.
