My suggestion would be a remake of the Piano version of Green Hill Zone they used in the movie, but rather than use one snippet of the original song, I would suggest you do a version that would incorporate the whole song.

I think that cover was already done by someone else (Jon Batiste), and that piece is copyrighted, pretty sure. I'll still cover Green Hill Zone, but I should do it in my own style.
